Grades 6-8 (As part of Middle School Youth Group)
Mondays 7:00-8:00pm |Students attend youth group for 2 years to prepare for Confirmation, starting as early as 6th grade. In year 2, they also attend a retreat, choose their patron saint, and fulfill service to the community to prepare for living out their Catholic faith as a witness.
Grades 9-12 (As part of High School Youth Group)
Sundays 5:30-7:00pm |Students attend youth group for 2 years. In year 1, students attend only every-other Sunday for Youth Group nights. During these nights, we build up students’ foundation of faith, life of prayer, understanding of the Sacraments, and connection to their church community.
In year 2, they will attend every Sunday. In addition to the regular youth group, in the alternating weeks they will attend the 2nd Year Sacraments Class, which dives deeper into the Catholic faith and what it means to be Confirmed. In year 2 they will also attend a retreat, provide service to the community, and choose their patron saint.
